The Economic Chamber of Macedonia issues and verifies the following documents- certificates of origin:

-  Form A – Certificate for preferential treatment of goods

For verification of any document, if you are applying for the first time you need a copy of the complete registration and of the card with deposit signatures, and the original registration presented on insight.
For issuing of certificates of origin Form A, its necessary to submit fulfilled certificate Form A, and statement of the producer signed by the authorized person. On the very certificate, on the back of the first and second page is explained how you should fulfill the certificate, especially what should be written in box 8. If it concerns a finishing process, then percentage of the finishing process is put and invoice of the imported material.

 -  Certificate of Origin – Certificate of origin of goods (procedures for issuing of the ORIGIN);
For verification of any document, if you are applying for the first time you need a copy of the complete registration and of the card with deposit signatures, and the original registration presented on insight.
For verification of certificate of origin if the good is 100 percent from Macedonian production, it’s necessary to submit fulfilled certificate sealed and signed, and original statement of the producer signed by the authorized person. The Chamber can issue several copies of the certificate of origin if they are necessary.

If it concerns a finishing process when requesting certificate of origin of good “Origin”, the same documents are submitted plus a copy of the invoice of the imported material.
